ImageRoute is for safe, family-friendly image creation. NSFW content, deepfakes, and face swaps are never allowed, with or without anyone's consent.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use ImageRoute, its website, apps, or API to create, upload, or share any of the following:
Sexual or NSFW content
- Nudity or partial nudity of any kind
- Sexually explicit, suggestive, or pornographic imagery
- Content that sexualizes or objectifies any person
Deepfakes and face swaps
- Swapping one person’s face onto another person or body
- Making a real person appear to say or do something they did not
- Impersonating any real person, brand, or organization
Real people without permission
- Uploading photos of anyone other than yourself unless they have agreed to it
- Placing celebrities, public figures, or private individuals in fake, misleading, or embarrassing scenes
- Harassing, bullying, or humiliating anyone
Minors
- Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor, in any way
- Uploading photos of a child unless you are their parent or legal guardian
Violence and hate
- Graphic violence, gore, or self-harm
- Hate speech or content targeting people for their race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or nationality
- Promoting terrorism or violent extremism
Illegal or deceptive content
- Anything illegal where you live or where it will be shared
- Fake documents, IDs, receipts, or official records
- Misinformation presented as real news or evidence
- Content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark
2. How we enforce this
- Prompts are screened automatically. Text you type is checked by an automated moderation system before anything is generated. Blocked prompts are not generated and use no credits.
- Images are filtered.Generated images pass through the AI provider's safety filters, and blocked results are not delivered.
- Accounts that break these rules are suspended. Repeated or serious violations, including trying to get around our filters, lead to suspension or permanent termination of the account.
- Illegal content is reported. Content involving the abuse or exploitation of minors is reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the images you upload and the content you create. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and only share results in ways that respect other people and the law.
4. Report misuse
If you see content made with ImageRoute that breaks this policy, or an image of you was used without your permission, email us and we will act on it.
